New consular fees
As of 1 July 2026, the handling fee for long-stay visas amounts to €250. Do you already have an appointment? If your appointment takes place after 30/06, you must pay €250 when submitting your D visa application.
Other consular services will also be subject to new consular fees from 1 July 2026 onwards and in the months after that.

Emergency number outside of the opening hours only for Belgian nationals (including Belgians with multiple nationalities (including Pakistani nationality) and refugees and stateless persons recognized by Belgium) in distress. This number is for emergencies only (deceased Belgians, arrest, theft of travel documents, etc.). The emergency number will not answer administrative questions (visa, passport renewal, etc.): +92 326 842 85 29.

Visa section
Access to the visa section is only by appointment and upon invitation by the visa section. Visa applications are to be forwarded to the visa section via Gerry’s/FedEx Visa DropBox offices. Holders of a diplomatic passport going on official trips can apply for their visa directly at the Visa section of the Embassy.
